Diego is Co-founder & CEO of Alchemit, a company focused on transforming organizations into innovative ecosystems through talent development and using the power of collective intelligence and digital transformation. Diego is an expert entrepreneur with experience covering an ample breadth of industries and sectors. His main expertise lies in the transformation of technology innovation into business innovation. He was co-founder and Managing Director of BtoBen, a network of business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce companies in Latin America. Diego also co-founded Equitas Ventures, the first venture capital in Argentina entirely dedicated to Impact Investments.

Former McKinsey & Company consultant, M&A expert, Diego advised several Private Equity Funds in many acquisitions’ deals. In the social arena, Diego assists many not-for-profit institutions in strategy formulation and development. Diego is an Ashoka board member and is the President of the board of Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (FARN).

Diego accounts for almost 30 years of experience in education. He is Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Business School of Universidad Di Tella. He was Dean of the School of Graduate Studies at the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA). He was the Director of ITBA’s Management of Technology Graduate Program. Professor of Technology Innovation, Systems Thinking and Entrepreneurship, Diego helped and advised many disruptive tech-startups.

Diego is also a researcher in the field of Collective Intelligence and Systemic Innovation. The focus of his research is to uncover the hidden mechanisms of collective intelligence and its impact on social capital, creativity, and talent development.

Diego holds a Professional Degree in Electronic Engineering from ITBA where he graduated with honors and a Master of Science Degree in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. Diego is a former Fulbright scholar. He holds an international certification in Biomimicry.
