2014-2016 | First Study of Inclusive Business in Argentina, second part: Programs with Social Impact in Large Companies
Objective:To investigate how large companies develop programs with social impact in Argentina and how those programs fit within their business models. The specific objectives of this research include: (1) to develop a Conceptual Framework on how companies are structured to develop programs with social impact and (2) to obtain an understanding of programs with social impact, distinguishing between those directly related to core business competencies and those that are unrelated to the core business.
The Conceptual Framework enabled us to identify three Profiles of how companies organize to promote social business programs. Organizations may use these Profiles as a benchmark to evaluate programs.
