Description: Findings from our first study of Inclusive Business initiatives (2012-2013) showed that social entrepreneurs lacked information on the legal aspects of establishing their businesses. This guide was developed to offer basic information to entrepreneurs who are leading Inclusive Businesses and/or looking to define the best possible legal structure for their venture.


Objective:
To provide a practical tool for understanding basic legal considerations for social entrepreneurs who are leading or interested in founding an Inclusive Business. This guide explains the different existing legal structures in Argentina; describes the requirements to register one must consider in each option; and outlines the costs, the benefits and the restrictions associated with each one. Finally, the guide also includes recommendations and practical examples.
