Dardo N. Ferreiro is an Assistant Research Professor at the Business School of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT), where he is a member of the Neuroscience Lab. He holds a degree in Biology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil). He was a postdoctoral researcher at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Germany), in the Departments of Neurobiology and Psychology.

His research sits at the intersection of neuroscience and experimental psychology, and focuses on sensory perception, decision-making, and social interaction. He designs naturalistic behavioral paradigms to study how active sensing guides perception and action.
