Abstract
Business between China and the rest of world has been growing at an incredible rate, and yet very few western businessmen or lawyers have substantial experience in China. Those who deal with Chinese companies or agencies report challenges and frustrations. This talk will examine some common features of negotiating with Chinese parties and will look at moving beyond stereotypes to strategies for handling these challenges
