Di Tella Consulting Club invited us to the Webinar "The impact of COVID on Telehealth" organized by ZS Associates and dictated by the Buenos Aires Office Managing Principal, Ramses De La Rosa and Vijesh Unnikrishnan, Associate Principal from San Francisco.

In the US, there has been an increment in remote and digital communication among patients and the health workforce. The main propose of this info session was to analyze, under the perspective of the ZS consultants, how Covid has impacted the health industry and how is this industry adapting to this new situation. This was an extraordinary opportunity for the assistants to know how the consulting work is in the health industry. 


Ramses De La Rosa: Office Managing Principal from Buenos Aires Office, Ramsés joined ZS in 2000 and since 2018 has focused on launching our most recent Capabilities and Expertise Center in Buenos Aires.  He has broad-based international experience with companies in Latin America, Canada, United States, and Asia. Ramsés’ areas of expertise center on sales force & marketing strategy and implementation. He has worked extensively in areas such as sales force productivity, territory alignment, brand planning, forecasting, customer segmentation & targeting, marketing mix optimization, incentive compensation, and sales process design. Ramsés holds an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He graduated at the top of his class from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico, with a B.S in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Ramsés is a native Spanish speaker, bilingual in English and fluent in Portuguese.

Vijesh Unnikrishnan: Associate Principal from San Francisco. Viesh joined ZS in 2015 and since 2017 he is leading ZS Digital and Connected Health (DHC) Practice serving Lifesciences and Health tech clients' digital heath portfolio and product strategy advisory needs. Vijesh’s areas of expertise center on digital health and healthcare industry. Vijesh holds an M.B.A from the University of California in General Management, Entrepreneurship and Healthcare. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Bharathiar University (India).
