Ph.D. Candidate in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he is National Deputy for the City of Buenos Aires, President of the Finance Committee of the Deputies’ Chamber and Founder of the NGO Andares. In the past he served as Chairman of the Central Bank of Argentina, Head of Emerging Markets Strategy for JPMorgan in New York and Buenos Aires, Head of Research of Currencies for JPMorgan in London and Director of Macroeconomic Studies of the economic consultant Alpha SA Moreover, he taught at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Speaker: Eduardo Levy Yeyati

Ph.D. in Economics, University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Eduardo is Professor of Economics and Finance at Torcuato Di Tella University , Guest Professor at  Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, Director of CIPPEC´s Economic Development  and Senior Fellow at Brookings Institution. In the past, he served as Head of Emerging Markets Strategy and Head of Latin American Research at Barclays Capital, Director of Monetary and Financial Policies, and Chief Economist at the Central Bank of Argentina and Director of the Center for Financial Research  at UTDT,among other positions.

As an expert in macro-financial issues, he regularly advises organizations such as the World Bank, IDB, IMF, central banks and governments in emerging countries.

Speaker: Federico Sturzenegger

Ph. D. in Economics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served as Chief Economist in YPF S.A., Dean of Business School at Torcuato Di Tella University, Secretary of Economic Policy of Argentina, Visiting Professor of Public Policy at Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

He is currently President of Banco Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Professor at Torcuato Di Tella University.
