Aurélia Lefaix-Durand has received her Ph.D. in Business Administration (2008) from Université Laval (Québec City, Canada). She also completed her M.B.A. in Management at Laval (2002) after having moved from France to Canada. In her native country, she completed a B.B.A. at the ICN Business School (Nancy, France), and worked for KPMG Consulting as a junior consultant in business development from 1998 to 2000 (Strasbourg, France). Applying her doctoral research to the supply chain of structural wood products for residential construction, Aurélia has spent four years (2004-2008) as a visiting student at the Faculty of Forestry of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver (Canada).
Since 2008, Aurelia holds a full time position as a Visiting Professor in International Marketing and International Business Management at the Universidad Di Tella Business School (Buenos Aires, Argentina). She teaches International Business Management and International Marketing and pursues her research on customer-supplier relationships as a means of value creation and competitiveness. Her work is positioned at the crossroad between strategic management, relationship marketing, and international business management.
